Joshua S. Everard is the founder and sole practitioner of Whetstone Law, PLLC. After graduating from Washington & Lee University School of Law, Joshua honed his legal skills working in private practice and at the highest levels of local government. Now he wants to put those skills to work for you, whether you are an individual, a small business owner, or an officer of a corporation or governmental entity.
Joshua is barred in the Commonwealth of Virginia and admitted to practice before all Virginia State Courts (including general district courts, juvenile and domestic relations courts, circuit courts, the Virginia courts of appeal, and the Virginia Supreme Court), and all Virginia Federal Courts (including bankruptcy and district courts for both the eastern and western districts and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals).
